Maybe because I didn't eat a lot yesterday (even the fiber content is less), today not much output, went twice in small quantity.
But yesterday night, I had a better sleep compare to Sat night.
Maybe is Monday still cannot run away with the BLUE mood :p
Today, I had banana blended soy milk as breakfast.
Lunch was vegitarian mixed rice: steamed brown rice, bitter gourd fried eggs, eggplant and long beans. (I needs fiber!!)
Dinner was 消化美肤蔬果汁(~4cups).
Feelings:
No special feeling, still got fart, but really less and less smelly.
I actually can feel that, there are something to be output, don't know why, my body still want to keep the rubbish. Never mindla, continue monitor.
Lessons learnt:
Nothing.
