Thanks for the reply, after 1 month.
I tried to understand that the situation is under your control, but from what I see in the pass 1 month, I can't convince myself.
Bus 171 continue to be late, waiting time of 20 mins is normal, happen 2-3 times per week.
If the waiting time for that morning is 15mins, I will feel extremely happy for that day.
About the traffic congestion, etc, thanks for explaning to me. This "reason" did slip my mind, I just try to bring the problem up, hopefully something can be done at your side. Well seems like NOTHING can be done. I wonder how can the bus in Japan or Hong Kong can be so punctual. Guess this country don't have traffic problem!?
Just FYI, a lot of the passengers of 171 have find their alternative to get to their destination. I guess I need to find MY way to solve MY problem.Good luck with the under control situation.

Until now I never complain about Singapore transportation, because is really much better than Malaysia. ~15mins waiting time and the punctuality is +/-5mins. Good enough right?
But recently I wrote a complain letter, because I waited more than 25mins, somebody else waited 40mins, and this is not the 1st time, so I write the letter. Surprisingly, nobody replied me after waiting for few days. Then I made a conclusion, every country is the same. The feedback link in the website is just meant to complete the format of a website.

I'm a regular bus 171 passenger, take this bus everyday during weekday.
Recently, the punctuality of this bus is getting worst.
The waiting time is at least 15mins. All this happen after SMRT change the old bus with new bus.
I really appreacite that SMRT upgrading their bus to a newer one. Although its not really more spacious but at least the passenger no need to worry that the bus breakdown half way.
During the transistion time from old bus to new bus, the waiting time actually improve to 10mins, but it become worst when all the old bus is eliminated.
Today I have the worst experience.
Not even single bus apprear after I waited from 7.25am until 7.50am. 25mins of waiting time and this is the peak periods where everybody is rushing to work!!!I over heard a conversation of a passenger that take the same bus with me. He has been waiting since 7.10am! So the waiting time is 40mins, is this acceptable?? You can image how packed in this bus with this kind of delay. I got into the bus at Bukit Panjang Plaza bus stop, and the bus already full!! There are another 4 bus stops before the bus leaving Bukit Panjang to Yishun, image how worried for a passenger that cannot get into the bus!?
Is this kind of "improvement" that we are talking about? I remember that somebody did mention that waiting time should be decrease to 10mins, what happen now?
The worst things is when I alight at North Point bus stop, I see another bus 171 right behind and the number of passenger inside is so much lesser. I always wonder, shouldn't SMRT setup some kind of communication system between bus driver of same number. For example in this kind of situation, the bus driver can inform the passenger that there is another bus coming 5mins later, instead of just asking the passenger to "move inside" "move inside"
I really hope that you can look into this and improve the service. I think the punctuality in Japan and Hong Kong are really good examples.

Detoxination Day 7

Yesterday night sleep is not as good as I think, woke up ~2pm, because of the gas. Woke up again ~6pm (anyway is time for me to wake up too) to do big business. Anyway, still consider ok, as it was not torturing :)
Breakfast was again banana blended soy milk.
Lunch was vegitarian rice: steamed brown rice, long bean, chinese spinach (苋菜) and vegitarian fish.
Dinner was again 消化美肤蔬果汁 (~3cups) and also a mini chicken potato bun.
Feelings:
Still got gases, fart but not bloated anymore, actually the feeling is better compare to the pass few days.
Wrap up:
Today is the last day of the detoxination process.
Although it is not an enjoyable time, I did learn something.
I will continue with the vegi-fruit juice and also try to have healthy diet (high fiber), so that I can have output at least once/day. Hopefully, when time comes I can achieve 3-4times/day
I already planned to go thru the 2nd time in early April. :D

Detoxination Day 6

Yesterday, I went to bed with a bloated stomach, a little bit of gastric pain, and pain around belly hole. Actually, the pain around belly hole had been there for the pass few days and yesterday the level increased, sigh. I woke up 2pm, output a lot of gas. Then woke up again 6pm, at least with some output. Today was really a bit abnormal, the whole day, my stomach generated gases, fart and smelly. But, I went to toilet 4 times today, although is small amount. Really can't explain why!? Was it because I added some ginger in the juice, causing the gas and everything?
Breakfast was again banana blended soy milk.
Lunch was mixed vegitable rice: steamed rice, broccoli, cai xin and dried beancurd stick.
Dinner was again 消化美肤蔬果汁 (~3cups).
Feelings:
As mention, stomach got a lot of gas today, fart more than normal and smelly. But I think today I will get some good night sleep.

Yesterday night had a better sleep than previous day, at least I didn't wake up middle of the night.
This morning did output like previous day, hopefully this will become a habit la.
Breakfast was again banana blended soy milk.
Lunch was mixed vegitable rice: steamed rice, pork, tau fu and chinese spinach (苋菜).
The steamed rice was a bit hard today, eemm, after that I felt indigestion.
Dinner was again 消化美肤蔬果汁.
Feelings:
As usual, I felt bloated during evening (same for the pass few days), but maybe I drink only fruit juice which is easier to digest, it didn't caused any gastric pain. Let's continue monitor.
Besides that, the rest of the day was ok. Just that after lunch, because of indigestion (I think), gases created in the stomach and fart lo.

Before went to bed, I already felt bloated and pain at stomach (not gastric pain). The feeling of needing to output but got stuck somewhere, eemm...
Anyway, I still went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night (~4pm), sigh, pain still no output. Went back to bed again and my alarm rang, yup was 6.15am, time to go to work.
At last, this time there were something thrown out, a little bit of something and also gases lo, felt better some how.
Breakfast was again banana blended soy milk. Then I went again to toilet, yup today got 2 times in small amount (好过没有啦)
Lunch was mixed vegitable rice: steamed rice, soy sauce chicken, cauliflower and chinese spinach (苋菜).
Dinner was again 消化美肤蔬果汁.
Let's not forgot I still consume my E.Excel product and fiber powder everyday.
Feelings:

But yesterday night, I had a better sleep compare to Sat night.
Maybe is Monday still cannot run away with the BLUE mood :p
Today, I had banana blended soy milk as breakfast.
Lunch was vegitarian mixed rice: steamed brown rice, bitter gourd fried eggs, eggplant and long beans. (I needs fiber!!)
Dinner was 消化美肤蔬果汁(~4cups).
Feelings:
No special feeling, still got fart, but really less and less smelly.
I actually can feel that, there are something to be output, don't know why, my body still want to keep the rubbish. Never mindla, continue monitor.

Detoxination Day 2

Early this morning, I felt a pain in my stomach and went to washroom.
I guess yesterday healthy diet was showing the effect now, a lot of rubbish was being thrown out.
Although I have been drinking the vegi-fruit juice for 2 weeks, never have so much rubbish being discarded. This did give me some confidence to continue the detox program.
I prepared 摆脱便秘蔬果汁(~4cups) again as breakfast and lunch.
I can felt that my appetite was smaller today as I didn't always felt hungry as yesterday did.
I prepared banana blended soy milk (~3cups) for dinner as I think this drink should be easier to digest and I won't suffered at night. I like banana blended soy milk actually, very creamy, especially if I put more banana. But need to finish at once, becouse it will get oxidize and become brown colour.
Feelings:
I felt better today, especially after the morning output.
There were still gas and fart, but is less and not as smelly.
Lessons learnt:
Nothing learnt, maybe trust the nature and be consistent can consider a lesson!?

After drinking vegi-fuit juice by Dr. Tom Wu for 2 weeks, I decided to go thru a detox process, a 7-day program. This is not a program suggested by Dr. Tom Wu, is something that I read from another book about bowel detoxination. It is recommended to start the detox on Sat and Sun, so I start on Sat.
According to the book, for the 1st 2 days, no solid food allowed, only soy milk blended with banana for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, I modified the program a bit and add in vegi-fruit juice. The reason behind is that I think I can't survive with only 3 cups of banana blended soy milk, I don't want to get a gastric pain after the first day.
So I drunk a cup of banana blended soy milk (~250ml) as breakfast, then I made the 强身健体蔬果汁(~3cups) for lunch and 摆脱便秘蔬果汁(~3cups) for dinner. Of course, I also have my E.Excel product as usual and add in psylium husk fiber powder into the juice during every meals. Last but not least, drinking water, tried to drink ~2L.
Feelings:
The experience of 1st day is not really good.
Sometimes I feel a little bit of gastric pain, bloated, fart a lot, smell bad. Luckily I stay at home and not so embarrassed.
I can think of 2 reasons:
1) I have gastritis last year and I have gastric pain history for quite a few years. That's why I never have the guts to try any detox or jejunitas.
2) I have indigestion. So when my stomach cannot digest the high fiber diet that I took in, a lot of gas created.
I think my digestive system needs time to get used to this healthy diet.
I can hardly get a good night sleep, feeling so depressed and sad at the middle of the night. So want to give up after the 1st day as I'm worried that I won't benefit from it, instead health condition get worst, what a night!
Lessons learnt:
I should not take very high fiber diet as dinner, should try something light and easier to digest. Maybe banana blended soy milk is a good choices or the 消化美肤蔬果汁 is another choice.
